Maulin Thaker 

Our founder, Maulin Thaker, started his post qualification (CA) journey with consulting and then went ahead to pursue a management degree at a US university. His experience ranges from working on the Investment Research side at a vintage Wall street firm to Corporate Finance, from heading KPO industry equity and commercial lending engagements to boot-strapped POS management ventures and back to Consulting;  all in all a decade well spent in full spectrum helping develop and build on a keen and curious global consultative, creative and curious mindset.  

After spending years contemplating and studying markets both as a qualified Chartered Accountant and as a keen research associate providing proprietary and bespoke strategy research services to Institutional Money Managers as a part of an elite equity portfolio-strategy team, he believes in-general that de-risking is as important as risk-taking, if not any more. The tenet remains true while working for a corporate, running your own enterprise or managing private/public wealth or for that matter, pursuing an adventure or an action sport.  To stick around in the long term, you need a mix of talent, expertise, patience, perseverance, opportunism and timing, with a knack for mindful risk management.
